Affected by heavy rainfall, a township in Huludao City, Liaoning Province experienced flash floods, and the road near Dayangshugou Village was washed away, resulting in a 42 meter gap and the interruption of the only access road to four natural villages, becoming an isolated rescue island.

On August 21st, a certain detachment of the People's Armed Police Force mobilized professional rescue forces, carrying large equipment such as lighting vehicles and emergency mechanized bridges, to urgently rescue the disaster area. After rapid maneuvering and overnight installation, the HZ51 mechanized bridge developed by China Harzone was completed at around 9 pm on the 21st. The rescue passage connecting four natural villages was opened up, and a large number of people in urgent need of daily necessities and rescue equipment were continuously entering the disaster area through this section. This timely and effective guarantee ensured that rescue personnel and supplies arrived at the scene, buying valuable time for the rescue operation.
